Kreston BSG, a multidisciplinary consulting firm, held its XIV Annual Meeting on January 23-24, 2025 at the Marriott Reforma Hotel, gathering more than 70 attendees including partners and managers to discuss key strategies, service evolution and objectives for the current year.

These gatherings are essential for strengthening the firm, as they enable direct interaction between leaders from different areas, fostering collaborative decision-making, strategic alignment, and the development of professional connections that drive organizational growth.

Day One: Financial Review and Networking Development

The event began with a working lunch led by Francisco Bracamonte, where partners analyzed the financial performance of each office and approved budgets.

Later, the welcome dinner provided a key networking opportunity, encouraging interaction among attendees in a professional yet relaxed setting.

Day Two: Strategic Planning and Technical Sessions

Friday started with a breakfast organized by the chairpersons of the Tax, Legal, Audit, Transfer Pricing, Social Security, Human Capital, and Marketing committees, strengthening interdepartmental collaboration.

Following this, Francisco Bracamonte officially welcomed participants and introduced the event structure.

Commercial Strategy and Brand Positioning: Moderated by Carlos Saucillo, Carlos Sierra, and Estefanía Cuahutle, this session reviewed key progress and actions for 2025.
