Kreston BSG held its 15th Annual Meeting on January 22 and 23 at the Marriot Reforma Hotel, bringing together more than 80 partners and leaders from its offices across Mexico. The meeting served as key forum to review results, strengthen the Firm's institutional vision, and define the strategic priorities that will guide Kreston BSG in the coming years.
Over two working days, participants reviewed national financial results, performance by office, and progress under the 2024-2028 Strategic Plan, reaffirming Kreston BSG's commitment to sustainable growth, technical excellence, and high-quality service for its clients.
As part of the agenda, several strategic topics were addressed, including:
- Governance and institutional structure, aimed at strengthening the Firm's continuity and long-term stability.
- Commercial strategy and positioning, with a focus on disciplined growth, specialization, and key markets.
- Technological innovation and information security, driving operational effiency and data protection.
- Talent management and organizational culture, reinforcing professional development and employee well-being.
One of the most notable moments of the meeting was the keynote lecture, "Revolution of Freedom", delivered by historian and author Juan Miguel Zunzunegui, who invited reflection on leadership, context, and long-term vision, in line with the Firm's core values.
The Annual Meeting also included dialogue sessions and specialized breakouts by practice area, fostering collaboration among offices, the exchange of best practices, and strategic alignment at a national level.
